Carl Hartung completed his Bachelor's Degree at the State University of New
York College at Oswego, New York and a Master's Degree from Wright State
University, Dayton, Ohio.
He holds a certification as a National Certified
Counselor and has been an Adjunct Faculty Member at North Central Technical
College and as an Adjunct Instructor at the Research & Training Center,
University of Wisconsin - Stout.
He has worked as a Vocational Counselor,
Vocational Analyst and Vocational Consultant for the past 32 years. For the
last 20 years, he has been the Owner of Hartung & Associates Inc.
He is currently a recognized authority and vocational expert to both the State of Ohio and multiple
U.S. Government Agencies.
He has previously implemented a systemic survey methodology
for determining Prevailing Wages that complies with federal regulations and
guidelines for use in Labor Certification Applications (LCA).
He currently
advises immigration attorneys, corporations and universities on matters
relating to wage surveys, RFE's, PERM applications, H-1b & H-2a occupations, the Dictionary of
Occupational Title, Occupational Employment Statistics/Standard Occupational
Code (OES/SOC) Database and Occupational Information Network (O*NET) usage,
vocational analysis and job description development.
